At Infinite Cycle, we aim to create a memorable experience each and every ride. Our 45-minute spin class has been programmed by our team of expert fitness professionals and is designed to inspire and encourage every participant to achieve their very best.

We are inclusive of all riders’ abilities, backgrounds and experience. The great thing about our classes is, you have the control of how hard, or how easy you want to go.

The instructor will guide you and encourage the class to follow the pace and the intensity. It is then up to you to decide and take accountability of the amount of resistance and how hard you want to work.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

At Infinite Cycle we use bikes that tilt 22 degrees each way. Leaning, turning, steering and balancing with you, our bikes give you a revolutionary indoor riding experience.

Not only do these bikes amplify the fun, they also eliminate the unnatural stresses on your joints, recruiting different muscles that you previously hadn’t in a spin class.

You will burn approximately 20% more calories compared to conventional stationary bikes and specifically target core and upper body muscles previously not touched on the bike.

IC PELOTON

This 45-minute workout immerses each rider in a unique virtual world as you follow your personal avatar. Ride across deserts. Shoot down valleys. Push through cityscapes. All whilst along-side your instructor who will be with you the whole way pushing your intensity and resistance.

IC RHYTHM

We tap back, we push, we dip, we twist. You’ll get your groove on to our in-house mixed tracks as you bike-dance your way through the most energetic and fun 45-minute workout that you’ll ever experience!

IC ENDURANCE

ICEndurance A 45-minute high intensity, cardio interval training style. Challenge yourself through this programming and better yourself week on week using all the measurable technology IC has at its disposal . Burning more calories and achieving a great cardio workout. This metric driven workout is incredibly effective at achieving results fast. Efficiency at its finest.

IC EXPRESS

ICX classes have everything you have come to love from our full length IC classes all wrapped up into an express class for those time poor people.

Located on the corner of Bourke St and George St, Infinite Cycle Green Square is easy to get to. You won’t miss us with the neon blue lights above the Wittner Shoe store. Access the studio with by train, bus or car. The studio is across the road from Green Sq Station with ample parking.

FAQs

IS THERE A BEGINNER'S CLASS?

We recommend you try either ICPeloton or ICRhythm first. Each of these classes are quite different and may suit different tastes and preferences.

Each class and instructor will always offer options for beginner riders just starting out. Ultimately, you decide what option to choose and what resistance to select.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO THE CLASS?

The great thing about Infinite Cycle is, you have the control of how hard, or how easy you want to go. The instructor will guide you and encourage the class to follow the pace and the intensity.

It is then up to you to decide and take accountability of the amount of resistance and how hard you want to work.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING FOR EACH CLASS?

We recommend booking your class in advance through the app. We do take walk in’s, but please ensure you arrive early enough to book in and get set up. We cannot confirm availability of spots in the class for walk ins, so your safest option is to book in on the app.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING?

Wear clothing that is comfortable to exercise and sweat in. Please also bring or wear socks and a water bottle. We provide complimentary towels for class and drink bottles/socks are available for sale if you left yours at home. Just a heads up, the drink bottle holders on the bike only take the standard size bottles.

IT'S MY FIRST CLASS, WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend everyone gets to the studio at least 10 minutes before class. If it is your first time riding, get there 15 minutes early so we can show you around, fit you with shoes & get your bike set up correctly.
